Today was a big success. I think I redeemed myself from yesterday’s directional disaster by not getting lost a single time today! 

One Week, Three Rivers

Hello again!  After our epic summer of cross-country biking, I (Christine) got the bike touring bug pretty bad. So, I’ve ditched Ian who is still laboring away at work to take a week long solo bike trip from Frankfurt to Trier, Germany.

All right, folks–this is it!  The trip is officially over. We are currently sprawled out on our sleeping pads and bag in our un-air-conditioned but beautiful apartment.

Back to the Atlantic!

August 17: 56 miles from Middlebury, VT to South Royalton, VT

Christine’s Dad joined us in Middlebury for the last big mountain ranges of the trip: the Green Mountains and the White Mountains.

Remembering Glacier…

We’re back in the mountains–the White Mountains!  But here’s a little homage to the mountains that just can’t be beat. may they inspire us on our last great pass of the trip!

Our Return to New England

We’re back–almost.  Yesterday we biked into Middlebury, Vermont–where we went to college!
