Safe and sound with the O’Briens!

67.05 miles, Cape Blanco, OR to Eugene, OR

We rendezvoused north of Coos Bay with the wonderful O’Brien family after a trying day beating into 28 mph winds that were already blowing at 6am.  101 has some nastier traffic around here, and we’re happy to be resting in beautiful Eugene enjoying amazing hospitality.  Time to plan our way north…

  1. I must say this is taking armchair travel to a new level. Oregon is incredible, in fact the entire NW coast is incredible. I have family in Portland if you need a contact there.
